Virtual design is the modern world of decorating. Saving time and travel by using current tech tools, over face-to-face decorating overall benefits the cost of design making it accessible to the masses at any budget range, I create 2D and 3D design guides electronically so my clients can envision, how to maximize their space's functionality and aesthetic. My ongoing study of design through keeping current with home fashion trends and pure passion is what drives my efficiency and character seen in every detail of your design. Virtual design offers peace of mind without having to go to countless meetings in-person, without having to leave the comfort of your own peaceful home. I strive to create a personal, comfortable, and direct line of communication with my clients, virtually, to enable this relationship to grow and achieve the goal of creating a space perfectly tailored for each client. Home staging is the art of preparing a property for sale by strategically arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to showcase its best features and appeal to potential buyers. As a skilled interior decorator, I have a keen eye for style and a deep understanding of how to create spaces that resonate with buyers.

I pays special attention to detailed measurements, assessing traffic flow, and carefully selecting items that elevate the home's natural potential. From selecting furniture and décor, to arranging them in a way that highlights the property’s best features, every detail is carefully considered to create a welcoming and inviting space that home buyers fall in love with respecting and highlighting the unique features each home has.

Consultations
During the consultation I listen carefully to collect information on your needs, preferences, and goals for the project. I ask questions about your lifestyle and budget and favorite places to shop for home furnishings. This information becomes the roadmap to your design. From there I utilize design trends, materials, techniques, and your personality to achieve a work of art that is currated to represent you and your home.
The consultation is also an opportunity for me to get to know you, and your style, as well as to assess the space and its organic potential. This enables me to develop a comprehensive design plan that is tailored to your specific needs. The goal of our consultation is to establish a strong working relationship resulting in a successful and satisfying design project.

Consultations for the Fiverr design service are 30 minutes with the option to purchase additional time.

Consultations for the Masterpeace design package are included and unlimited in time and frequency.
Product Sourcing
The product sourcing list is a collection of items I've selected online for your design. It contains the vendor name, product item name, quantity, product dimensions and price. I also include the URL hyperlink to navigate directly to the product for easy access to purchasing. I'll include the original sales price as well as any discounts to assist with proper budgeting. It reflects the room details as well as the total cost of the items.
Accessory Service
The Fiverr package offers an option for accessory styling. This does not include a floor plan or ongoing consultations and only 1 iteration for sourced products. I shop online on your behalf selecting and arranging decorative objects, such as vases, books, and artwork, to enhance the overall look and feel of a space. I use my expertise in color, texture, and composition to curate a collection of accessories that complement the pre-existing design you already have in place. The goal is to add products to create an elevated feel to pre-existing furniture, add interest, pull your personality into the space, while maintaining a sense of balance and harmony. The sourcing list and the vision board is bundled into a PDF with hyperlinks to click, purchase and decorate at your leisure.
Mood Board
A "mood board" is a visual tool to communicate design concepts and ideas. It is a collection of images, colors, and textures that I shopped for online specifically for you based on our consultation. It represents the overall look and feel of a design scheme and helps to establish a shared vision for the project. This can include pre-existing furniture added with newly selected items. This tool allows you to get a feel for how all of the design elements will work together including color scheme and textures delivered in 2D. jpeg format.
Floor Plan
Floor plans are used to display the placement of furniture, fixtures, and other design elements meaused to scale. The floor plan is a visual representation of the room's dimensions, traffic flow, and functionality, allowing me to create an effective design that maximizes your space's potential.
